<p><strong><br />
The Exercise of the Back</strong><br />
There are namely tow kinds of exercises that are suitable for the back and these are namely the rows and the pullover. The pullover exercise is suitable for the muscles of the lat. This requires one to lay down on the bench on his or her back while holding the dumbbell with the side of the two hands and lowering it at the back of the head. The next step would involve rolling it on top of the head over and over again. The rows will involve positioning the leg on top of the bench with the back on a parallel position facing the ground and then simply row while on this position. You can repeat the exercise while having the dumbbell on the other hand.<br />
With these types of exercises you do not require to utilize the dumbbell stand.</p>
<p><strong>The Chest Exercise</strong><br />

This type of exercise is rather easy as it requires one to maintain a straight posture and bend his or her knees and the length of the shoulders should be in the middle of the legs. In this position, you then have to raise your upper body until the blades of your shoulders leave the surface of the bench. After a short pause, you can lie back down. Repeat this for a few more counts. One precaution of this dumbbell exercise is to look straight up so you don’t pull your neck with your hands. Don’t look at your knees.</p>
<p><strong>Shoulder Press</strong><br />
To do this, sit on a bench with a dumbbell on each hand. Position your hands at shoulder level with both palms facing one another as you grip the dumbbells. Next, bring up one of your arms until your elbows are nearly locked.  As you put the raised arm down, do the same with your other arm. Repeat the same thing over and over until you’ve reached the end of the exercise count. When doing this, it’s important to be sure that you do not jerk your back to make it easier for you to raise the dumbbells up.</p>
